Derek L. Davis serves as Of Counsel at Byrd Davis Furman and practices in the areas of Personal Injury, Products Liability and Medical Malpractice. Appearing in both State and Federal Courts, his practice includes the trial and appeal of products liability, car accidents, breach of contract and consumer class action cases.

Derek graduated with honors from the University of Texas School of Law after receiving his Bachelor of Arts from the University of California at Santa Barbara in 1991.

Derek is a member of the Austin and Texas Young Lawyers Associations, as well as the litigation section of the Austin Bar Association.

A water skiing and biking enthusiast, Derek enjoys the many lakes and biking trails of Austin and Central Texas.
